Le nostre lampade vengono realizzate con la tecnologia di stampa 3D, un processo innovativo che permette di creare forme complesse e dettagliate.

Proprio per la natura di questa tecnologia, è possibile che sulla superficie delle lampade siano presenti piccolissime imperfezioni, come ad esempio:

• Lievi linee di strato: dovute alla sovrapposizione degli strati di materiale durante la stampa.
• Piccole irregolarità: nella texture o nella forma.

Queste imperfezioni sono caratteristiche intrinseche della stampa 3D e non compromettono in alcun modo la funzionalità o la durata della lampada. Anzi, donano ad ogni pezzo un tocco di unicità e artigianalità.

Tuttavia, ci teniamo a precisare che:

• Selezioniamo attentamente ogni lampada prima della spedizione per garantire che le eventuali imperfezioni siano minime e non alterino l'estetica del prodotto.
• Le foto sul sito mostrano fedelmente l'aspetto delle lampade, comprese le possibili imperfezioni legate alla stampa 3D.

Inside the package you will find everything you need to start enjoying your new lamp right away! Specifically, you will receive:

• The lamp you ordered: carefully packaged to ensure its integrity during transport.
• The company information manual: contains useful information about our history, our mission and our values.
• A free E14 natural white light bulb: so you can immediately use your lamp without having to purchase the light bulb separately.

Our lamps use an E14 fitting, a very popular standard that gives you a wide choice of bulbs.

Versions with switch:

With these lamps you have complete freedom of choice! You can use any type of bulb with an E14 fitting, including:

Incandescent light bulbs: the classic solution, economical but with higher energy consumption.

Halogen bulbs: These provide a bright, warm light similar to incandescent bulbs, but are more energy efficient.

LED bulbs: the most modern and efficient choice, with low energy consumption and a long life.

Smart bulbs: to control the light remotely via smartphone or voice assistants.

Versions with dimmer:

For these lamps you should only use dimmable bulbs with an E14 fitting. Make sure the bulb says "dimmable" on the packaging.

With dimmable bulbs you can adjust the light intensity to your liking, creating the perfect atmosphere at all times. 😉

To guarantee you an impeccable service and accurate shipping, we reserve a maximum of 5 working days to prepare your order.

During this period, we are dedicating ourselves with care to:

• Pack your lamp carefully: using adequate protective materials to preserve its integrity during transport.
• Check the product quality: To make sure it is perfect before shipping.
• Prepare all necessary documents: such as invoice and shipping label.

Although the maximum preparation time is 5 working days, we often manage to ship orders sooner.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to decide whether or not to return it. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer you the opportunity to change your mind without any problems.

Switches and dimmers are often confused, but they have different functions:

Switch:

• On/Off: The switch has a simple function: to turn the light on or off. It is like an ON/OFF button.
• Two states: The light can only be on or off, with no intermediate adjustment possible.

Dimmer:

• Dimming: The dimmer allows you to vary the light intensity of the lamp, creating the desired atmosphere.
• Gradual control: You can gradually increase or decrease the brightness, from dim to bright.
• Personalized Atmosphere: Ideal for creating different ambiances, from a relaxing light for reading to a more lively one for a party.
  

In short: the switch turns the light on and off, while the dimmer allows you to adjust its intensity.

Extra tip: if you want to use a dimmer, make sure your lamp is compatible with this type of regulation. 😉
