Could the lamps have imperfections?

Our lamps are made using 3D printing technology , an innovative process that allows us to create complex and detailed shapes.

Precisely due to the nature of this technology, it is possible that there may be very small imperfections on the surface of the lamps, such as:

  • Slight layer lines : caused by overlapping layers of material during printing.
  • Small irregularities : in texture or shape.

These imperfections are intrinsic characteristics of 3D printing and do not compromise the functionality or durability of the lamp in any way. On the contrary, they give each piece a touch of uniqueness and craftsmanship.

However, we would like to point out that:

  • We carefully select each lamp before shipping to ensure that any imperfections are minimal and do not alter the aesthetics of the product.
  • The photos on the site faithfully show the appearance of the lamps , including possible imperfections related to 3D printing.

  • The lamp you ordered: carefully packaged to ensure its integrity during transport.

  • A free E14 natural white light bulb: so you can immediately use your lamp without having to purchase the light bulb separately.

Which bulbs are compatible?

Our lamps use an E14 fitting, a very popular standard that gives you a wide choice of bulbs.

Versions with switch:

With these lamps you have complete freedom of choice! You can use any type of bulb with an E14 fitting, including:

Incandescent light bulbs: the classic solution, economical but with higher energy consumption.

Halogen bulbs: These provide a bright, warm light similar to incandescent bulbs, but are more energy efficient.

LED bulbs: the most modern and efficient choice, with low energy consumption and a long life.

Smart bulbs: to control the light remotely via smartphone or voice assistants.

Versions with dimmer:

For these lamps you should only use dimmable bulbs with an E14 fitting. Make sure the bulb says "dimmable" on the packaging.

How long does it take to prepare an order?

To guarantee you an impeccable service and accurate shipping, we reserve a maximum of 5 working days to prepare your order.

During this period, we are dedicating ourselves with care to:

  • Check the availability of all items: to avoid unpleasant delays.
  • Pack your lamp carefully: using adequate protective materials to preserve its integrity during transport.
  • Check the product quality: To make sure it is perfect before shipping.
  • Prepare all necessary documents: such as invoice and shipping label.

Although the maximum preparation time is 5 working days, we often manage to ship orders sooner.

How many days do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to decide whether or not to return it. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer you the opportunity to change your mind without any problems.

What is the difference between a switch and a dimmer?

Switches and dimmers are often confused, but they have different functions:

Switch:

  • On/Off: The switch has a simple function: to turn the light on or off. It is like an ON/OFF button.
  • Two states: The light can only be on or off, with no intermediate adjustment possible.

Dimmer:

  • Dimming: The dimmer allows you to vary the light intensity of the lamp, creating the desired atmosphere.
  • Gradual control: You can gradually increase or decrease the brightness, from dim to bright.
  • Personalized Atmosphere: Ideal for creating different ambiances, from a relaxing light for reading to a more lively one for a party.

In short: the switch turns the light on and off, while the dimmer allows you to adjust its intensity.

Extra tip: if you want to use a dimmer, make sure your lamp is compatible with this type of regulation. 😉
